These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jiwn. By creating an account or using any part of the jiwn platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any jiwn service. jiwn strictly prohibits access by minors and will verify age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and funds forfeited.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active jiwn account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, device, payment method, or IP address — are prohibited and subject to immediate closure. All balances in duplicate accounts are void.
All jiwn players are required to engage with the platform in good faith. Use of bots, automated betting software, arbitrage strategies that exploit pricing errors, collusion, or any form of fraudulent play constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by jiwn are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry dates detailed at the point of offer. Attempting to abuse or manipulate bonus terms is grounds for withdrawal cancellation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiwn login credentials. jiwn will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to adequately protect your username, password, or two-factor authentication device.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiwn platform, including the website at jiwn.net, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, account services, gaming products, and support channels (collectively, "the jiwn Platform" or "jiwn"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and jiwn ("jiwn," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing jiwn, registering a player account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any bet or wager on the jiwn platform, you conclusively confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety — including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

To open and maintain a jiwn account and to use the jiwn platform, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
jiwn reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including proof of age, proof of identity, and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe requested by jiwn may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one jiwn player account. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or winnings within those accounts will be void.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your jiwn login credentials and two-factor authentication device. You must not share your jiwn account credentials with any third party. Any instruction transmitted from your account — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and bonus claims made — will be treated by jiwn as valid instructions from you, regardless of whether they were actually authorised by you.
If you believe your jiwn account credentials have been compromised, you must notify jiwn immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. jiwn accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of account credential compromise where the player has failed to take adequate security precautions.
You must ensure that all information held on your jiwn account is accurate and up to date at all times. Any change to your name, contact details, or payment methods must be communicated to jiwn via the account settings panel or support channel. jiwn is not responsible for failed communications, failed withdrawals, or delayed payments resulting from inaccurate account information.
jiwn accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment instrument belongs to a person other than the registered jiwn account holder — are strictly prohibited.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your jiwn wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. jiwn is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.
Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed at the point of deposit within your jiwn account dashboard and are subject to change without prior notice. No processing fee is applied by jiwn on incoming deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independent of jiwn.
jiwn reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where jiwn suspects the deposit may be associated with fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Declined deposit funds will be returned to the originating payment source within the standard processing timeframe of that method.
Accepted Payment Methods: JazzCash · EasyPaisa · HBL · UBL · Meezan Bank. All transactions on jiwn are conducted in PKR with no currency conversion charges applied by jiwn.
Withdrawal requests on jiwn may only be made to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the jiwn account holder. jiwn will not process withdrawals to payment instruments registered to third parties under any circumstances. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.
All withdrawal requests are subject to jiwn's KYC verification process. Players who have not completed full identity verification may have their withdrawals placed on hold until the required documentation is submitted and approved. jiwn aims to review KYC documentation within 24–48 business hours of submission.

jiwn reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing in circumstances including: incomplete KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering; active dispute or investigation; bonus wagering requirements not yet satisfied; or any other circumstance in which jiwn's compliance obligations require a hold to be placed on account funds.
jiwn may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses issued by jiwn are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games lists, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. Full bonus-specific terms are provided at the point of offer and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds credited to your jiwn account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be clearly stated in the offer communication. jiwn reserves the right to adjust wagering requirements for individual accounts where abuse is suspected.
jiwn actively monitors for bonus abuse including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies to complete wagering requirements; systematic exploitation of bonus terms; coordinated play between multiple accounts to extract bonus value; and registration of multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned from jiwn.
Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within the stated validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your jiwn account balance without further notice. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.
All bets placed on jiwn's sportsbook and all wagers made on jiwn's casino and gaming products are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category, sport, or game. These rules are available within each product area on the jiwn platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In any conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail in relation to the specific matter in question.
jiwn reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced without the player's knowledge; where odds or pricing have been published in error; where there is reasonable grounds to suspect a bet is part of a coordinated manipulation attempt; or where technical errors have affected the integrity of the bet placement process.
A bet may be declared void by jiwn in circumstances including event cancellation, technical failure affecting the integrity of the game, manifest pricing errors, or breach of applicable betting rules. Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's jiwn wallet. No claim for consequential losses arising from a voided bet will be entertained.
jiwn applies maximum win limits across its gaming and betting products. These limits are product and event-specific and are displayed within the relevant product area. A single win or a series of wins within a defined period that exceeds the applicable maximum win limit will be subject to the limit, with the excess amount not paid out regardless of the outcome.
Players using the jiwn platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

All content on the jiwn platform — including but not limited to the jiwn brand name, logo, design, software, text, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, and compilation of same — is the exclusive intellectual property of jiwn or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in your use of the jiwn platform grants you any licence or right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jiwn intellectual property without the express prior written consent of jiwn.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiwn's total cumulative liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the jiwn platform, or any individual transaction or gaming session shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to jiwn in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiwn expressly excludes all liability for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; or loss arising from service interruptions, force majeure events, third-party platform failures, telecommunications outages, or events outside jiwn's reasonable control.
jiwn does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the jiwn platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability. jiwn will endeavour to notify players of scheduled maintenance in advance where practicable.
jiwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jiwn reasonably believes that the player has: breached any provision of these Terms; engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; provided false or misleading information; or where account closure is required to comply with jiwn's legal or regulatory obligations.
Upon closure of a jiwn account for cause, jiwn may at its sole discretion void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
Players may request voluntary closure of their jiwn account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after all pending bets are settled, provided all KYC requirements have been met.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under jiwn's international gaming license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the jiwn platform shall first be referred to jiwn's internal dispute resolution process. You must submit any formal complaint to jiwn in writing via [email protected] before initiating any external legal proceedings.
jiwn will acknowledge all formal complaints within 3 business days and will endeavour to resolve disputes within 28 calendar days of the initial complaint submission. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution service designated by jiwn's gaming license authority. The decision of jiwn's designated dispute resolution service shall be final and binding on both parties.
